Organizations have their own performance appraisal processes that seek to identify if employees are achieving organizational goals. Careers are related to the activities and experiences of people in their jobs in their working life. Performance appraisals may also involve all staff from the management, supervisors to the lower ranked employees. Performance appraisal is performed regularly and employees act on the feedback of previous appraisals.
