The main idea or premise being communicated or passed on in Yarbag’s article is that conflicts mainly arise from the differences in views and opinions and that they can be beneficial if used correctly. People will always harbor different opinions and often, many will find themselves conflicting with the ideas of other people. Having employed people who are of different character and from different places, it should be expected that conflicts will arise. Individuals will clash because of the opinions they hold and this will lead to what Yarbag calls conflict in the organization.
One of the points Yarbag offers to support her claim is that the presence of people will always lead to conflicts. In one instance, she says that “all livings in the earth have been in the struggle to live and sometimes have conflict with other things.” For example, if a person’s goal is to reach a particular point and another person holds a different view towards the former’s attainment of that goal, then a conflict ensues.
