She is notable for her successful work with cancer patients medically diagnosed as terminally ill. One of her usual prescriptions with cancer patients are to go on raw food diet. In this interview she supports the ongoing observation that cases of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and asthma are rising these days because of the chemicals especially in our food and in our environment. Web.This comes from Fox News which is a very credible news organization. They have interviewed senior scientists who released the top ten contaminants in our environment. They have targeted their research on pesticides on apples, potatoes, green beans and other vegetables. This is hard science that says eating fresh may not necessarily be healthy.
