Abstract
Research topic: The research addresses the theme of the migration of women for domestic service jobs. Immigrant women face many challenges in adapting to a new life away from home while striving to earn income to fend for their families. Immigration issues have a significant impact on a country either economically, socially, or politically. The challenges caused by the immigrants on the native occupant women of a specific place are also revealed. The immigrants gain dominance in domestic service employment, creating competition and scarcity in the labor market. The impact of immigrant women is felt across a broader scope. The research will focus majorly on the issue of immigration of women and the strategy of enhancing domestic service job availability. The CP will focus on the migration of women for domestic service employment opportunities.
