TOPIC: Below is the question you will be dabating and for which you will be arguing in support of the stakeholder model. From an ethical perspective, which is the better model for business practice ?
Claim: Adequate preparation for the debate and position paper requires identifying and reading sources beyond the textbook. Each team member should contribute to this research. In order to communicate individual findings to the team and help select the sources to use for the debate and paper, each team member must submit at least three sources to the team's Annotated Bibliography. (Teammates may not submit the same sources, so confer with your team early to make sure there is no overlap in the sources you plan to submit). The easiest way to communicate how to compose your bibliography is to provide an example, so please refer to the sample bibliography posted to Canvas for more information. Also, please consult the grading rubric provided. You may use either APA, Chicago, or MLA formatting. 
NOTE: If a member of your team does not contribute to the Annotated Bibliography, submit your team's bibliography without his/her contribution. Only the team member who does not contribute will be penalized.

The authors use multiple subject lenses to examine the concept of business model. According to the authors, many scholars in the field do not agree on the definition of a business model, and as a result, many kinds of literature have been developed to explain the concept. However, the authors have managed to identify the common themes about a good business model. The first issue is that a good model applies to an analysis unit of business operation. Secondly, a model should outline the system level or an approach of doing business. Finally, a business model conceptualizes the proposed nature of the company. The themes act as facilitators to an integrated study of a business model.
