In this scholarly article, Matt Hills sheds light on Daft Punk, an award-winning electronic music band that has been around since 1994 and was formed in Paris. It consists of some of the finest French musicians such as Thomas Bangalter, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and others. The duo has gained significant popularity in recent years and released a variety of albums in collaboration with Cassius, Dimitri from Paris, and Air. This source will help me in my research paper since it provides enough details regarding how Daft Punk came into being and who contributed to the success of this band. The four main studio albums of this group are Homework, Human After All, Random Access Memories, and Discovery. A detailed discussion of these albums has also been done in Matt Hills’ article.
