Introduction
VeriChip is a radio frequency identification device (RFID) that is implanted in the body for easy identification. Implanting RFID radio-magnetic devices has its advantages and disadvantages. Some people are still reluctant to embrace this technology because of speculations and assumptions about it in the market. This annotated bibliography gives a brief overview on the sources that the researcher will consult while researching on this topic.

(2008) discuss the risks associated with linking private data of the patient to the system. There are high chances of misusing the patient’s data.
