Personal Statement
A life with options, security, and power is what I desire. The business field provides a platform that I can utilize to achieve this dream. My motivation in the subject area stems from my interest to comprehend the elements that hold and make enterprises thrive. I have the ambition of becoming a successful businessperson and hence the passion for exploring the factors that build or break a business. I get my motivation from the top managers and entrepreneurs that have pulled and made themselves and their organizations successful from challenging situations. I currently spend my free time studying their profiles and getting to understand what makes them stand out. Specifically, I would like to undertake a course in Business Administration at the University of Southern Carolina.
My fascination with business began at a young age with the exposure to the family business. My family owns a jewelry store that gave me some insight into the dynamic nature of an enterprise. As a child, my favorite event of the day was to accompany my father to the shop and help him in running some of the errands. My inquisitiveness regarding how the business operates led to my understanding of the basics. I saw my father grow the enterprise from a small store to a wholesale with each step opening my mind concerning the aspects of entrepreneurship. However, as a teen the enthusiasm in business went down; I thought there was a lot of stagnation in the field. My passion was reignited after I joined CC and started understanding the robustness of enterprises. The experience helped me comprehend that the only limitation in business would be my lack of innovation.
