I needed your help to help me write a strong reference letter for Mr lee for the course he planned to apply for this course - The syllabus of the course focuses on gender, race and inequity
- Mr lee is currently working as a digital consultant (also known as a digital advisor, and his role is to educate his clients and their stakeholders on all digital marketing activities, e.g. how to leverage data and analytics to support client's marketing strategies so they can perform better)
- Talk about how I am not hesitate to provide a great reference for this competent ex colleague who reports to me in our previous company
- We all worked in a Korean-based ecommerce company in Malaysia
- I could see he is different compared to other employees
- talk about fighting for employees with race and gender inequality rights (e.g. company tend to recruit male employees because our senior management have the perception that Chinese men perform better on average at certain tasks)
- Talk about how Mr Lee stood up against our senior management and strongly oppose their decision and finally our company recruited more females across diverse race
- try to discuss Mr Lee's management skills or how he make an impressive leader
- Ambitious and has strong entrepreneur mindset at work (discuss that Mr Lee leverage his entrepreneur mindset to help the company to grow on its own way)
- Mr Lee won various awards during his time in the company and this includes the best employee award for his best performance quality
- great communicator who understand stakeholders needs - this makes him valuable by most of our colleagues since he can simplify difficult interpretations into simple and actionable items to solve their problems
- Mr lee has plans to collaborate with non-profit companies so he can change the world in his own way (through our previous conversation, i think he wanted to be an entrepreneur/ collaborate with non profit organizations by building an app and to support disadvantage users - this app can overcome gender, race and disparity in their lives). I wish him all the success.
- I do not hesitate if the university need more information about Mr Lee.

Mr. Lee’s credentials, personality attributes, and professional expertise make me feel no hesitation in providing a sound and positive reference to such a dedicated and competent ex-subordinate of mine. Working in association with Mr. Lee was a unique experience as his professional attitude and way of looking into challenges created an immediate impression that his working performance was entirely different from others. Throughout his working tenure, Mr. Lee exerted his uniqueness by sharing his just stance on company policy and providing highly professional, impersonal, and rational expert opinions.
One exceptional personality attribute that makes Mr. Lee a thorough professional following the principles of work ethics is his ability to stand up for his just and moral opinion.
