There are several researches that have been done by different people which reveal that the adequate consumption of fruits and vegetables can prevent 20 % of cancer attacks on people throughout the world CITATION PBC94 \l 1033 (PB, E, J, & ZI, 1994). Thus, there should be emphasis of having the right amount of different types of fruits and vegetables each day.

This program aims to ensure that best health practices are followed as well as best nutritious meals are offered to different patients in the hospitals and clinics especially when dealing with those patients who are under guided feeding. The program also means to prove that admitted patients throughout the world need to have only natural foods. The adoption of these provisions into the health sector by different governments will go a long way in improving the health lifestyles of patients and at the same time motivating other people to consider them to lower their rates of getting sick. Fruits and vegetables are known to be of rich supply of vitamins, minerals and important antioxidants which play a vital role in keeping the body healthy CITATION MJW00 \l 1033 (Wargovich, 2000).
The target population or audience.
The program focuses the public but narrows down to patients who are admitted to hospitals especially those who are ailing from diseases caused by poor feeding. The program will help the patients at the same time provide practical solutions to the general public of preventing such diseases. These private individuals in hospitals will be the primary targets but, the secondary targets will be their close relatives and all people in society. It aims to prove that the diets of people can be improved by choosing to eat natural foods that are free from harmful fats and cholesterol. It will also reduce the rate of diseases among people from an excessive consumption of processed foods. In fact, all people who visit hospitals and are diagnosed with certain diseases like high blood pressure will be advised to subscribe to this program to change their health conditions.
