Elaborated Experiences in New Course Application

Hi, I am going to re-apply to this new course , and I need some help to elaborate my personal experiences in the application form. There are 4 sections, listed below - Every section require around 140 words each. I will also list out some point for you to use when elaborating them. Thank you.
1. Distinctions, honors, and awards, if any (140 words):
- Won the first prize in high school (1998), the title of the portfolio was known as Malaysia's Success Stories. there are around 420 other students participated and i got first prize.
- I also did a Masters in Extension Studies in __________Extension School - so far i did 6 courses in programming languages (the course is Digital Media Design), and i scored distinction for all the 6 courses.
2. Publications authored or coauthored, if any (130 words):
- I have a joint publication entitle Creating and Evaluating Accessible Audio-only Games with my PhD supervisor in 2010. It was published as NordiChi 2010 doctoral colloquium.
- The publication process require giving a presentation, followed by Q&A session at the NordiChi 2010 conference in Reykjavik in Iceland

- I have completed several research so far, including the research methodology course during my Undergraduate course while writing the dissertation (Usability and Accessibility of Payment Kiosks in Fast Food Chains), and I also did my PhD which require ethnography and field research.

- I am proficient in Malay because I am a Malaysian. I am also proficient in Chinese (in dielects such as Cantonese and Putonghua)

I participated in a Malaysian Success Story competition, an event that had over 420 high school student contestants.
