Imagine you are interviewing for a job you want, and the interviewer asks you the following: "Explain a specific example in which you used critical thinking problem-solving strategies to solve a problem in the real world." What will be your answer to the question?
I worked on a sales project and was chosen as the stand-in project leader after the previous one got into an accident and could not work. The proposed project was meant to be complete in a week, but the project team members were behind schedule and uncertain on the best way forward. We were faced with the possibility that the project would remain incomplete if additional time posed challenges. However, I reorganized the project team and even took on a more active role in project management. I also encouraged the team members to meet more and often communicate, making it easier to collaborate and work more efficiently. The action plan requires the project team members to work closely together and taking on more responsibilities while sharing what had been accomplished so everyone was on the same page.
