As a result of globalization, diversity is now one of the key business priorities as organizations operate in more than hundred countries with thousands of employees. Globalization leads to the interaction among people from various origins, and the diverse workforce reflects the change in the marketplace and the world at large (Anita & Swamy, 1). The environments in which people work and live in are not in isolation anymore but are part of a worldwide economy and compete on a global platform.
