According to data obtained from the United Nations, India’s population forecast was 1.35352 billion as per the year 2018. The high birth and low death rates within the country are the primary reason for the high population. Besides, India’s fertility rate due to population policies and other measures varies with that of other countries, such as China. India’s high population plays a vital role in the growth of the economy. For example, most mobile networks, such as Xiaomi, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, and Realme compete to control India’s market share with the intent of eking out significant profits (“India - Smartphone Shipments 2019”). In Q1 of 2018, Samsung increased its importation of smartphones to 22 percent, thus making it the leading company in shipments market share.
