I would like a 2200 word essay on IT Project Management.
I have attached a notes document which outlines all of my notes and the 3 tasks to be completed.
Task 1 should be a stakeholders analysis for an IT company looking to implement a programme that manages their EC2 instances. I have attached a stakeholder analysis template I would like to use.
Task 2 (about 850 words) should be an analysis of team roles in agile software development using Belbin and Tuckman's theories.
Task 3 (about 675 words) should be a work breakdown structure document.
Task 4 (about 550 words) should be a project risk management manager.
