Relaxation techniques assist in coping with everyday stress and with stress related to various health problems, such as cancer and pain. A person whose stress level is spiraling out of control or has managed to tame stress can benefit from learning relaxation techniques (Chen, Li, Yuan & Han 2013). Learning basic relaxation techniques has no complications. Relaxations techniques also are often free or low cost, pose little risk, and can be done anywhere.
Exploring these simple relaxation techniques would help many towards de-stressing their life and improving their health. Despite the numerous benefits that come with relaxation techniques, many people are occupied with daily activities, and hence relaxation techniques tend to take a back seat in their lives.
