As what people always say, “The only constant thing in this world is change.” In a society where technological advancement is pivotal, different learning styles have already been used as replacements of the traditional “face-to-face” classroom learning modality, and an example is by studying online. However, it may seem easy at first, but in reality, it is not that simple. When students are studying online, they get to experience an overwhelming feeling, and this leads to failure. Developed emotional intelligence: self-awareness and self-management
2 Monitor progress and time
Time tracking is a critical consideration to do things done. Students tend to overthink how much time they have spent in online learning, and this could cause worry. Work-related anxiety in the setting of knowledge allows the human brain to overestimate things. This causes burnout and may even allow the deterioration of one’s mental well-being, and consequently, these students will not do any job at all. Monitoring one’s time and having breaks in between like a rapid check on Facebook notifications is somewhat com...
