What Is Heart Coherence?
I still remember the first time I heard about heart coherence. I was attending a conference with more than a hundred people, and I came in late that day. I had a hard time getting a ride to the venue, and I remembered feeling so stressed because I really wanted to be at the conference early to finish some stuff for school before it started. And so you can imagine my surprise when I entered the session hall and there was utter silence. People sat on their chairs, their back straight, and eyes closed.
