A Business Enterprise
My topic of interest is a business enterprise because, aside from being able to manufacture or offer products to consumers, it can also provide jobs. I developed an interest in a business enterprise because it will let me use my skills in planning, organizing, building, and management.

Starting a new business enterprise is an exciting challenge for me because I am aware that there are competitors and economies to penetrate when the business grows. Any business enterprise requires concrete goals and handling people properly so they will become loyal to you and the company. I also think that owning a business is better than working for a company because you handle your own schedule and you make the decisions.

I will start the business enterprise with 80 employees and then expand from there. My plan is to add 20 more employees every 5 years because I want to provide more jobs as the business grows. It will be located in a suburban area, which caters to the middle and upper class market who love to shop for clothes and items they need at home. It will be like a mini mall that has about 30,000 to 50,000 items giving people a wide range of choices. Aside from that, there will be food stalls inside where consumers can dine while waiting for their companion. I want it to have a friendly atmosphere and all of the employees are happy because they are treated fairly. When employees are happy, it will reflect how they face customers and that will be very important to the reputation of my business because time will be invested in it.
