After taking the self-assessment test, I was mildly surprised that I scored that highly. Having scored 92 point on the test, I discovered that I am significantly emotionally intelligent. This is an aspect that is quite crucial as it means that I have the ability to control my emotions and I am fully aware of what I feel along with what those that I interact with feel or even experience.
Emotional intelligence is considered as one of the most crucial elements that determines the success that one has when it comes to interact with people. It is also important to note that, this level of intelligence, determines how one interacts with their emotions. This determines the success that one has when it comes to making rational decision that affect them, their colleagues and even their businesses. The ability to separate the different factions of emotions associated with different interactions is crucial. Having scored this highly, I feel profoundly accomplished about my abilities personally and even professionally. This further indicates that I have the ability to interact with different people and still make meaningful connections even in the most difficult situations.
