Globalization has become inevitable as the world becomes a one village affair. It is the international integration arising from the interchange of ideas, products, and culture from different places of the world. Globalization comes with positive and negative impacts. They range from the growth of economies to employment opportunities.
However, in the latest wave of globalization, three adverse consequences arise (Lee, 2003). First, the growth of huge corporations and industries at the expense of smaller businesses is not to be doubted.
