Strong writing!
1. Your content selection and identification of relevant information is spot on.
2. AP is improving. I know AP Style can be frustrating to work with because rules are so specific, but wonderful improvement (referencing percentages, quotes, etc.).
Just a few notes in the document to polish it off. Keep working with the AP Stylebook and it doesn't hurt to link up with someone in class to exchange for AP checks for each other if there's time. Keep up the good work!

Diversity and Inclusion in American Airlines
In 2022, American Airlines (AA) was listed to be the most faith-friendly organization as a result of its effort to promote workplace diversity and inclusion, through Corporate Religious Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) (American Airlines, 2022). Consequently, the company has received several awards for practicing diversity over the past few years. Various initiatives have prompted its success in promoting workplace diversity and inclusion. Among them is employing computer-based and in-person implicit bias training for all the team members (Ahmed, 2022). AA is the only organization to launch this strategy. The initiative has helped eliminate discriminatory workplace behaviors by exposing the team to their implicit biases and providing them with tools to adjust automatic thinking patterns. Importantly, AA prides itself in equity, diversity, and inclusion in its work culture giving it a competitive advantage of being the best airline in America. they share a work environment for all by hiring all races, gender, regions, religions Affiliation, and disabilities.
Additionally, the organization also encourages equal opportunities for minority employees (Black Radio Network, 2022). For instance, it has hired pilots from underserved areas dominated by people of color. In 1964, the Airline recruited the first African-American pilot to fly a US commercial airline and the first-African American flight attendant (Black Radio Network, 2022). In 1973, the company hired the first female pilot. Today, about 32% of AA are from minority groups, and approximately 40% of the company's employees are female (Black Radio Network, 2022).
A further initiative is ensuring pay equity. Almost 85% of the Airline's team members enjoy union representation and have built-in pay equity (American Airlines, 2022). As a result, AA has taken steps to review and guarantee employee pay equity. Another strategy is advocating for equal rights for all. The company continues to push for the Equality Act that would add non-discrimination protections for the LGBTQ community in civil rights laws (American Airlines, 2022). Finally, AA has established a workplace environment that embraces diverse perspectives, cultural backgrounds, abilities, racial/ethnic groups, gender identities, ages, and life stories (Curran, 2020). This strategy has offered employees with tools needed to drive innovation and engagement.
These initiatives have been in place for over five decades, judging by the first strategy of equal opportunities for minority employees. It is worth noting that the company did not develop these initiatives simultaneously. The process has been ongoing based on the areas of need and improvements. These initiatives were initiated for a specific reason: - to promote workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. The United States has had a long history of discrimination in various sectors, including the Airline ...
