Mujo: Impermanent Concept

Essay Instructions:

It is not easy to think about the meaning of impermanence, particularly for young people like you. As explained in my PPT, understanding impermanence is one of the essential teachings in Buddhism. The questions are; What kind of things or people do you feel mujo (impermanence), and what kind of objects, things, or actions do you think are permanent (immortal)?
If the impermanent concept is too vague, please consider when you feel sadness and why (what makes you sad?) On the other hand, when do you think your mind is peaceful and stable, considering something or someone everlasting?

Darkness brings anxiety to me, and I may have trouble sleeping in a dark place. My mind becomes unstable in a dark place due to fear of the unknown....
