I work with Persistent Systems (PS), an IT organization that has approximately 80 employees. The organization leadership has managed to foster trust and open communication among the employers through the following approaches. First, the leadership have instilled a culture of collaboration culture among the employees (Kouzes & Posner, 2012). To execute great collaboration, trust is needed. Thus the leadership have successfully establish of climate of trust and respect at the executive level, this is because if the leaders are untrustworthy, they cannot lead. Second, fostering trust begins with employees respecting each other values as well as freely communicating and getting to know each other (Kouzes & Posner, 2012). This art of practice has given the employees a sense of trust and respect for each other. Interpersonal between the Persistent Systems employees has boosted the general trust within the organization. Lastly, PS PS leaders focus on assisting junior employees to be successful. In other words, these leaders tend to act like mentors to create a constant feedback to advance support to their mentees and a collaborative partnership of mutual respect (Kouzes & Posner, 2012)

Concerning teamwork, the company has established well-coordinated team of workers that works together towards a common. This aspect has eliminated self-interest as all employees are geared towards having projects and tasks done. In relation to power, employees have coordination, trusts and teamwork have developed an influencing power among the employees (Kouzes & Posner, 2012). In terms of the authority, the management has empowered the employees by giving them the rights to achieve the goals set.
