I have learned various new things, have understood how to love and care, and have obtained a degree from one of the most reputed institutions of the country. America is a big country; it is where I have gotten opportunities for personal and career grooming. I still remember the day when my plane reached the airport and no one from the staff came forward to help me. I was on a student visa, and it took me many hours to reach the college hostel as I had no idea of where to go or what to do. When I tried to communicate with several people here, they took me nowhere and instead confused me with their silly and useless questions. Then I reached the hostel and began attending my classes from the next day. As time passed, I kept making new friends and soon became an active member of the student community. One of the best things I have learned during my stay in the United States is that strangers will hardly help you.
