However, there was a need to focus on the impact of the national certification and its place when the state certifications are adopted.

The purpose of the state and national certifications different because of their purposes, and there is a need to add that the national certification highlights more on the education requirements. Additionally, even as the state certification integrates some provisions of the national certifications, there are differences from state to state.
