As an owner of a security company that majors in physical and personal protection it is crucial to have an operational plan for the company. The summary of the plan needed is as follows; identifying a matrix of hiring highly trained personnel, creating a procedure for handling internal complaints and general misconducts, developing an operating budget for the year as well as developing a company policy that will address concerns of private intelligence surveillance as well as identify issues and concerns of employees (Stepushkina, 2018).
