Pt's parents called the police because pt has been speaking about bizarre thoughts and ideas for about 1 week and was trying to convince parents he was Jesus and making statements about talking to Donald Trump etc. pt sent from home, lives with parents, police were called, pt is A&Ox4 but very hyper religious, says is recovering opioid addict and has been sent to spread the word of ketamine use to save us all from covid-19, says has spoken with trump and his family.
• Past psychiatric history: Bipolar, Anxiety, delusional disorders. Psychotic, paranoia.
• Medical history: Denied any past medical history.
• Medications:
SEROquel, 50 mg= 2 tab, Oral, q HS, PRN
Tylenol, 650 mg= 2 tab, Oral, q 4 hr, PRN
Zofran, 4 mg= 1 tab, Oral, q 6 hr, PRN.

The patient, a 26-year-old Caucasian male, has been with us since the mother reported the very first psychotic episode eleven years ago. There has been no referrals so far because he has shown much improvement since then. The mother raised the patient after the father died in a tragic fire accident while at work when he was five. What might have triggered the episode is a sodomy incident by the stepfather that happened to him when he was nine but came to light six years later in one of his counseling sections. It is after the mother noticed he was abusing opioids, isolating himself, violent, and his grades were deteriorating. Since then, we have admitted the patient four times with each related to loss of a friend, bullying, and subsequent expulsion from school. He has since been diagnosed with bipolar anxiety, delusional disorder, and psychotic paranoia, and medication prescribed during this time includes mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, antidepressants, and antianxiety medicine.
The recent attack seems to have been triggered by the loss of his job due to the recent coronavirus. He is reported to have depicted delusion and manic behaviors seven days before admission. Evaluating the bizarre thoughts, the patients seem to be looking for ways to solve the coronavirus problem so that things can go back to normal. This is by claiming he is Jesus, saying that he has been sent with a cure and talking to Donald Triumph. After the physical, psychiatric assessment of the patient, we decided that the patient should be placed on continued treatment to manage the symptoms...
