Learning process takes place differently among individuals. Studies indicate that each individual has a specific learning style also known as learning preference. Information presented in this style enable learners to learn best. Learners who prefer to learn through visual content would learn best if information was presented in a visual package or through graphics. Others like kinesthetic learners would do so by involving bodily movement through the process. Learning style is therefore the way learners gather, shift through, interpret, organize and come to conclusion about a particular information. It applies too to storage and future use of that information. Most learning styles are categorized in terms of sensory approaches namely visual, aural, and verbal-that is reading and writing, and kinesthetic. The following paragraphs containing the writer's analysis of learning exercise using VARK questionnaire. The paper will further analyze the awareness of individual learning styles, preferences and strategy influences teaching for both the teacher and the learner.
