The implementation of the project of reducing nurse shortage by hiring new nurses and incorporating the GetWellNetwork might seem an easy one in the beginning. However, in the long run of approximately six months, the project might have various barriers hence reducing its effectiveness.
In regard to the GetWellNetwork, it might reduce the relationship between the patients and the physicians. Before the use of the network, physicians owned the health records of the patients since the paper charts were being kept in the office. This granted the patients access to their medical records whenever they felt necessary.
