This is exactly the case of Banner Healthcare, a healthcare organization whose headquarters are in Arizona, in the city of Phoenix. on the provision of quality healthcare. Banner healthcare has continued making necessary adjustments to its strategy, so as to remain afloat in the provision of quality healthcare over many years in the future.
Banner healthcare has come up with a plan that will enable it to remain afloat and relevant to meet the needs of the people it serves, for the next ten years. By continuously improving on its nurse staffing, network growth, resource management and patient satisfaction, Banner Healthcare has strived to be a leader in the healthcare sector. These four factors play a major role at assessing the organization’s readiness to address the future needs in the healthcare sector. The organization plans to ensure the growth of its network through the continued collaboration of physicians, new healthcare models and insurance plans. The dissemination of these services and the continued linkup with new patients is what provides the organization with an ever-growing network, which is good for not only the next ten years but even more.
Network growth goes hand in hand with physical growth. This requires the establishment of physical locations in whichever the places the organization will be spreading to. These funds are particularly channeled towards the construction of its offices, new hospitals, and other elements of infrastructure that might be needed for the same purposes.
