Introduction: With over 3 million nursing professionals in USA, this sector forms the largest part of United States Health care workforce. Being in the front line in caring for the society, nurses usually play a significant role in assisting to achieve the objectives set the 2010 Affordable Care Act. This Act represents the whole health care sector since the 1965 establishment of Medicare and Medicaid project.
