Kmart's ad presents two moral issues that contrast AMA's ethical values of responsibility and fairness. Similarly, even though Kmart's CEO is aware of the ad's questionable nature, he decided to leave it on air. Therefore, he failed in his responsibility to serve the needs of customers and stakeholders.
