Working with others is a critical element of success regardless of environment. Therefore, this Discussion Board will give you a chance to review good group dynamics. This
is particularly important for your future academic success because you will have courses that will require your participation in group related projects. For this assignment,
complete the following:
1. Revisit the 5 stages of group development (forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning) and the group dynamics and roles covered in your assigned
readings.
2. Post an initial response in the course discussion board area that meets the following requirements:
Identifies the common group dynamics as well as roles that members play
Identifies the roles that you believe will align with your strengths
Clarifies what you believe is the importance of mastering group skills
3. Respond to at least 2 of your classmates within the course Discussion Board.
Addressed the dynamics of group development, identified group roles that align with strengths, and clarified the perceived importance of
mastering group skills.
Reading Assignment

Group work is an aspect that has become common in class and even at the work place. This relates to the fact that, there is some level of productivity that cannot be achieved by individual efforts. However, before a group can become functional, there are dynamics that are involved revolving around the formation and the relations among the members.
