Strategic management cycle is a representation of the chain of events that take place on a repeated cycle in the corporate organizations, relative to strategies that are geared to drive growth and development of the said entities (Olson, Verry & Bever, 2008). As such it is a continuous process that appraises the industries and the business that an organization is involved in; ideally companies will appraise their competitors, come up with strategic goals and objectives that focus on both the present and the future, after which the plans are then evaluated regularly.
