Economic factors have a direct impact on the healthcare industry especially on the financing of the organizations, in the face of increased demand for health care services. This is especially for the uninsured population and the needy who have no means of paying. The adoption of Obamacare was identified as necessary in the industry by increasing the population of people insured. Another factor is attention to promoting healthy lifestyles among patient/ clients who are more proactive. The organizations increasingly integrate individualized plans to meet patient needs with care being coordinated. Strategies that allow recipients of care to be more empowered are preferred to allow them to make informed decisions. Organizations need to facilitate engagement with important stakeholders to ensure that the changes are more successful (Feyerherm et al., 2014). Having mutual trust among the stakeholders and reassurance from the top management also minimizes resistance to change even when there are uncertainties
