Online courses are convenient and flexible; they do not affect the daily routine of the company as staff members will not need to leave work early to commute to class. The staff will be able to study in a comfortable environment and be able to take up the classes when they are at the peak of their energy. I expect you all to encourage all our staff members to enroll in such programmes. You need to explain the advantages that I have highlighted, and more, to the staff members, besides considering education levels while awarding promotions so that they can take the idea seriously.
