E-commerce Business Owners Needs Analysis (Online Course)
This needs analysis presents an analysis for a business owner who wants to launch an e-commerce platform. Proper needs analysis of all factors is necessary to ensure the successful implementation of the e-commerce platform. The business owner needs training on where to begin, prepare, and launch the platform. The training will be aimed at introducing, advancing, and finally implementing the e-commerce project. The goals will be to help the business owner develop technological aspects, learn business and marketing strategies, and learn how to source talent. Moreover, they will gain skills to launch, grow, and scale their brand successfully. To achieve these goals, e-commerce learners should have a marketing diploma and proficient computer and internet skills. Additionally, good communication and experience in operating a retail business are crucial. The training will include monthly online masterclasses and webinars for presentations and workshops with interactions, peer-to-peer brainstorming, and peer-to-peer mentor guidance.
Factors contributing to or hindering knowledge acquisition include the lack of good instructional design materials and the lack of motivation by the learners to be creative and innovative as they utilize the learning materials. The key responsibilities include ensuring a successful qualified learner's selection, dealing with problems during the selection process, and ensuring the purpose and objectives of the e-commerce learning are outlined to the students, alongside tracking and regulating the expenses incurred per the budget. The lecturer is to prepare the interview questions in advance. During the interview, the key responsibility will be to assess the learner's communication skills, behavior, and critical thinking capabilities. This will resultantly provide the lecturer with insights to develop coursework, seminars, and workshops and adopt appropriate learning strategies for effective learning.
The steps needed to complete the training include planning and exploring all the packages available. This involves sampling learners' materials to get the targeted ones by their appropriate educational background, experience, pre-existing knowledge, and age (Waagen,3). Additionally, it ...
