* Every employee should be a whistleblower. The company has a culture of engaging employees in the decision-making process, and therefore, anyone should feel free to disclose any information regarding malpractices in the company. For instance, the manager is obligated to disclose constraints on the budget.
* Insider trading can result in the termination of employment. The Company is known for its leadership development. A good leader would not take advantage of company information for personal gain hence resulting to the relevance of this policy.
* Employees should be compensated for their hard work. This policy is in accordance with the company culture because they believe in employee empowerment. Offering bonuses and incentives would be a great way of empowering employees.
Ethical issues are the activities carried out in an organization and turns out not to have considered the well-being of other employees as well as deciding on what is wrong or right. They are based on an individual's principle and the manner in which they view different aspects of life. For instance, an act which is ethical to one person can be unethical to another person. There are no definite rules defining what is right and what is wrong. On the other hand, legal issues refer to all the activities that are carried out in contrast to the organizational rules and regulations. The act is right or wrong in regard to someone's opinion, but the rule is the final determinant of consequences of the issue. Therefore, an issue can be both ethical and legal.
Among the ethical issues is the dilemma facing the manager as to whether he should become a whistleblower or not. He knows the reason as to why there are no full-time employees is because the money is being used to pay bonuses to the top executives. Also, the excessive bonuses are an example of a misuse of company resources.
