Strategic Career Plan in Social Work.
This essay forecasts on my plan for the next five years, to develop along my career path, plan on financial independence, and steer my business for the coming five years. Starting might be a hustle in this new journey that I have never trod before. I have developed a five-year career goal after graduation. I see myself running my business as a social worker. Having acquired a financial Social Work certification through self-study program, I am sure I will be able to work my way with my prospected clients to address the financial issue affecting our economy today. My greatest wish is to solve behavioral, emotional, and mental puzzles for people. Before settling to running my company, I hope to invest in social services to impact the society. With the acquired financial skills, I will work towards growing my profession internationally to make lasting profits from maintaining a good brand.
My reason for choosing this investment direction is the increased reports of growth in this sector. Through valuable investments, there are chances of improved health statistics, employment, and reduction of crime rates. My target population are both individuals and groups whom I intend to deliver to nothing but the best brand. Interning with experts in a child welfare agency will acquaint me with the set of experiences that this agency does. To run my company in five years, some of the areas I would focus on are child protection, investigation, adoption, and care.
