Extra Credit Survey:
1 Who, in your opinion, is (are) the main character(s)?
Lord Saladin, who hosted the Iron Banner each month; Efrideet, a skilled sniper; and Felwinter, also referred to as a Voidwalker.
2. What is the plot of the book?
The Guardians are the story's subject in the book Iron Lord. They arose to defend the planet but ended up enslaving it after the fall of the Iron Banner and before the creation of the Vanguard and Last City. They developed into Warlords who committed crimes throughout the world and made the remaining population live under the control of several factions. Eventually, a group of honorable Guardians, known as the Iron Lords, rebelled against their despotic comrades. In the end, Lord Felwinter, a former warlord, was persuaded by Iron Lord to embrace their course.
3. Most interesting chapter?
The book's eleventh chapter, "The Liar," is the most interesting. It describes Felwinter showing Timur and Radegast his interest in the Golden Age on the mountain to protect his people from the Iron Lords.
4. Least interesting chapter? ____________________
"Destiny Rise of Iron" is the least exciting chapter. Although the premise seems reasonable, the execution and style show significant issues. Offutt writes in the voice of an all-knowing narrator most of the time but occasionally assumes the role of a chronicler who gathers information from contradictory oral and written sources.
5. Most interesting major character? __________________________
Radegast is the most exciting character. They are intriguing because, together with Lord Saladin, the Iron Banner, and the Iron Lords, they took center stage in the expansion and offered suggestions regarding where the Destiny story's next narrative strand would lead.
6. Least interesting major character? __________________________
Shaxx is the least interesting character. Shaxx collaborated with the Iron Lords but never formally joined them despite having Lord Saladin as a tutor.
7. List major recurrent themes in the book that you noticed
Rejection and love are two of the book's central them...
