The Viz shown above represents the difference between the job percentage change per States of the USA, in between the Millennials and the Baby Boomers, shown on the left and the right, respectively. According to Newman (n.d.), Baby boomers are those people born from 1946-1964, while Millennials are those individuals born in between 1981-2001. As could be seen from this data, the state of Texas has exhibited that largest number of Job percentage change from the years of 2007-2013, followed by California and New York. Take note that the size of the boxes does not represent an actual number of jobs, but the percentage of the job change. In between the Baby Boomers and the Millennials, what is apparent is that in any state, the number of percentage of baby boomers in encountering job changes is lower than that of the millennial generation.
