In the Business world, agreements are entered into that would benefit the parties that are involved. Both parties are to benefit from such arrangements if done in the right manner. However, when the agreements do not meet the standards that are required by any of the parties, disputes are likely to arise. When parties in the corporate world enter into agreements, they sign a contract that creates certain obligations that should be fulfilled by the companies who enter such an agreement. In the event, that the contract is not performed as required, the law terms this a breach of the contract. A breach, for this reason, can occur when a company fails to deliver on time or does not perform as was agreed in the terms condition.
Best way to handle the Situation from Nicholas and Tings Point
It is significant to understand that when a breach of a contract occurs, one of the two parties may desire to have the contract imposed on its terms. In this instance, it is true that Ting and his company took advantage of the fact that Nicholas was not acquainted with the required computers. Nicholas and his company too would have gone serious ramifications that were caused by the breach (Ferriell, 2010).Since both the parties did not find a formal approach to correcting the problem, the most formal way to solve such a contract dispute is through a law pursuit in a court system.
