Demetra George’s Mysteries of The Dark Moon is enthralling. By reading about the Dark Goddess, one begins to understand how people in ancient times viewed the world and how this has changed over time. It is truly fascinating that before all this, the world existed under a matriarchal system. People believed in the feminine powers and used them as an explanation for everything natural. The fact that we have chosen to sideline the feminine powers is not surprising, but it is unfortunate.
