Over the years most of the companies in the manufacturing industry have moved their operations to Asia and other part of the globe. This is relative to the fact that most of the Asian continent such as China has ready and cheap labor along with immense resources and raw materials. Offshore outsourcing of manufacturing in the united states is one of the boosts that the industry needs. For most of the manufacturing companies have outsourced their operations given that, operations in the USA are plagued with hefty fees from the licenses to the wages (Hamlett, 2017). At the same time, most of the raw materials that the companies need are no longer available in the united states as they have been overexploited. Moving operations to places to places such as China also means that companies have the chance to venture into the emerging markets and maximize their growth.
