Two years’ Experience § The winner student of the best Utensil Design for The Stop Community Food Centre. § Excellent sense of color and proportion. § Broad knowledge of furniture, lighting, wall covering, window treatments, carpet, hard surface flooring, millwork details, ergonomics, finish durability and space planning. § Experience in writing specifications for finishes, furnishings, lighting, accessories, plumbing, and millwork. § Creative and highly motivated with the ability to work within a team and individually. Ability to manage a project from design to completion.
Software Skills
§ Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to translate 2D drawing into 3D visuals.
Language Skills § Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Farsi

Vista Restaurant
Vista is the local restaurant with local food for both residence and public where they can taste and experience Scottish traditional in new Atmosphere. The project was to provide space for different kinds of explorers those appeals to backpacker’s adventurous insatiability. § Created a space that form an identity that is similar to Scottish custom; a sense of welcoming and ‘home away from home’. The restaurant’s concept was inspired by the backpacker that travel everywhere and there is no limitation and boarder for them. The whole design was based on flexibility and changeability and without boarder. All elements like light, window, and furniture are flexible and changeable which show the movement and represent the concept of backpackers.
Art Mine
The project was to transform the site to the special book store for rare or unique art books which couldn’t find somewhere else easily. § For the Art Section I created a space and divide it to different book section such as a Design, History, Philosophy, Fashion, and Photography. All new books, good condition used books and even rare and collectible books will be available. Each section is representing with specific element which is related to the books. The book store also will sell valuable movie and CD. Because of the location and rare book, most of the books have high price. This book store can
also be the site of exciting events, including book signings with famous authors. Wood is the main material in this space which was used for floor and shelves. The columns were designed as a book shelves and desk for new or best sell books wish flexible and moveable shelves.
Residential Interior Design
To utilize advanced techniques in computer applications. This project emphasized the interrelationships between applications, focusing on the use of advanced computer applications in design and presentations. § Translated blueprints plan to 3D visual using different material, lighting, color to redesign the space.

I have been fascinated by the visual arts since my childhood. My passion for interior design grew over time, and I have been involved in various art exhibitions as a visual artist. My experiences as a visual artist and interior designer compliment each other. Interior design plays an important role in maintaining uniqueness and making a place fit for purpose. Through my creative work and experience, I hope to help people improve arrangement in space through color lighting, furnishing, texture and eye pleasing details. Thus, I wish to switch to your University, which I have no doubt will facilitate me to pursue my interest, and will also gain from my experiences.
I received my B.A. in Visual Art from Soureh University (Iran) in 2006, and later pursued education in Interior Design at Ryerson University. Through my experience in both interior design and visual arts, I have gained skills that I believe will be well suited in designing. In particular, courses in communication, design dynamics studios, design technology and interior design will allow me to easily integrate into the University. In Iran, I worked as an assistant designer for two years helping to develop layout of boards, sketches and colors, and followed up on all paper work and meetings.
