*Please write the essay based on the paragraph given below:
The second half part of The Last Unicorn depicted human emotions, especially love, in a very different way from traditional fairy tales such as The Little Mermaid. In The Last Unicorn, the unicorn feels lost and often felt distressed after she turns into a human and fell in love with Prince Lir. She forgets her purpose in the world and becomes an innocent, helpless character. Whereas in The Little Mermaid, the mermaid gathers her courage and strength because of her love for the prince and finds what she really wants as a human.

Compare and Contrast: The Last Unicorn and The Little Mermaid
The two films, "The Last Unicorn" and "The Little Mermaid," have significantly different plots and stories, and they are distinct in their use of characters and how the tale progresses. Their animation is remarkably similar, which might be attributed to the sort of animation technology available at the time. However, we can clearly see that both movies highlight the transformation of the two main characters. In "The Last Unicorn," the main character takes the form of a human, shifting from unicorn to human, whereas in "The Little Mermaid," Ariel, the main character, and a mermaid, has transformed her fins into human legs to seek love in the drylands.
Also, one similarity between the two films is the main character falling in love. In the film "The Last Unicorn," Amalthea, the name of the unicorn, transforms into a human and falls in love with a prince, whereas Ariel first transforms into a human and then wishes to transform her fins into legs so that he can be with the love of her life. Both have relished the love that they are now feeling, but it will soon fade away, and they will discover their authentic and original purpose in life, which is to do their role in their original form. Ariel returns below the sea to assist her father in leading the bottom of the sea. In contrast, Amalthea returns to her unicorn form and becomes the leader of their unicorn race in order to offer some leadership in their...
